Hershey Ann Duenas is a Business Broker and Certified Healthcare Practice Broker at First Choice Business Brokers helping business owners maximize their sale price when they’re ready to sell and medical practitioners to sell their practice or acquire another practice.

Her experience in healthcare, consulting, strategy, and change management plays a key role in providing effective guidance to clients navigating the M&A process.

In addition, as a small business owner, she is also a licensed administrator for ARF/RCFE facility. This also sparked a passion for her to help those people who aspire to own a business of giving back and providing quality service, especially in the healthcare industry.

With over 18 years in leadership and sales in the telecom and advertising industry together with her Master’s Degree in Business Administration maximizing deal value not just closing a deal is her forte.
